We are famous!

So my mom and i ran the 5K and Cam and my dad ran the 10K at the Smithfield Health Days, and LOOK, we made it on the Smithfield City web page... we are so cool :o)

The last couple weeks

It's been a while, so lets all catch up....

So for our birthday we went to the demolition derby and got to see some sweet white trash! Demolition Derbies are honestly one of my favorite summer events to go to. I LOVE SUMMER INN THIS VALLEY!!!

Cam and I went to the Black and White Days! We went to about a million Garage Sales and got some sweet loot, like a George Formen, dollar movies, and a old school utah jazz jersey. Then went to the Parade and Fair! It was such a fun day! I actually got to see my husband (because that is now a rarity because he works 15 hours a day mon-fri)

To celebrate both Cam and I's birthdays on the 8th we went out to eat with our friends Mike and Tif at texas Road House!

These are some steller peeps from the ward helping us move out of our apartment and into our FIRST HOUSE, and might I add that it is now all painted and looking like its really ours!! Come visit us!

oh yeah...

We bought a home!!! So we are now big bad home owners, the house is the same one i put pictures of a few posts ago, we are moving in on tuesday and are so excited!! YAHOO!! I will have to take one of those pictures people do infront of the house, and then post it.

Track

So last Saturday we went to Zach's track meet. I went with Mom, Dad and Bry. Cam was at work, but was able to stop by for a little bit and see Zach run the 400.

the last pull... and as you can see Zach pulled Sky View into first, and then the 800 runner kept the lead... And they WON FIRST! Yahoo!


And needless to say I got a little sun which was really nice! I have missed the heat! Cam on the other hand didn't just get a little, he turned into a crab!!

Easter fun!

Easter Morning! Look the Easter Bunny came to visit us!! s

Our sweet sunglsses with attached visors were my favorite part! Oh and the stellar easter baskets... i mean bowls!

I loved coloring our "easter eggs"!! Best new tradition ever! So we made easter egg shaped rice crispy treats, dipped them in chocolate, and covered them in sprinkles... and as you can tell we all REALLY ENJOYED THEM!!

It was a really fun easter! We got to spend time with both mine and cam's family. And Conference was AMAZING! Talk about some good times!!

another house

hey so i posted about the Nibley house, we ended up pulling the bid on that one because you had to get a tetnis shot even to walk into the place. So we started looking again, and we put another bid on a house in Lewiston. It's really cute and in a nice little lane of houses. It has 2 bedrooms finished and a bathroom/kitchen/front room. And has an unfinished basement where there will be another family room, 2 more bedrooms, a laundrey room, and another bathroom. So we are pretty excited about it! and are going through the loan steps right now, so cross your fingers that it all goes good :o)

1/2 of the master bedroom, on the other side of the bed is another 2 walk in closets. that will be nice so that Cam wont have to change in the family room like he is doing now :o)

Cam loves this part, it is a really nice shed with TONS of space, and electricity and everything.

Oh and the house in on just a little less then 1/2 and acre which is really nice!!!
Yeah Im way excited!!!

house

So we went and looked again and the house we were wanting in Nibley, and decided to pull our Bid, because the exterior is falling apart WAY more then we thought it was before. It would have cost way too much money to fix that thing up, so we pulled the bid, didn't loose any earnest money because it was within the time restraints, and are back on the market lookin around.
